Puppy Chow

Ingredients- rice chex (9 cups), semisweet chocolate (1 cup), peanut butter (1/2 cup), powdered sugar (1 & 1/2 cup)


Add together the peanut butter and chocolate and melt in microwave or double boiler. Mix in with rice chex in large bowl.

Place the finished product into a nice bowl to serve!

Pour chex into a bag and add powdered sugar.

Ingredients- brown sugar (1/3 cup), mini chocolate chips (3/4 cup), powdered sugar (1/2 cup), butter (1/2 cup), vanilla (1 & 1/2 tsp), cream cheese (8 oz)

Add brown sugar, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to the bowl.

Soften butter in large bowl

Use a mixer to mix ingredients together. Then add vanilla and chocolate chips.

Place the finished product into a nice bowl to serve along with gram crackers to dip!

Cookie dough dip
Cake pop (w/o stick)

Ingredients-cream cheese frosting (1/2 cup), red velvet cake mix, white chocolate (1 bag)

Make cake mix as directed on box.

Crumble the baked cake.

Add cream cheese frosting to cake crumbs

Role into one inch balls and freeze for 30 minutes

Melt white chocolate and drizzle over cake pops. Wait until chocolate cools and serve!

Chocolate Granola

Banana Dessert Parfaits

ingredients: 

~3 c. rolled oats

~ 1-1/4  c. sliced raw almonds

~3/4 c. unsweetened coconut flakes

~1/2 c. cocoa powder

~1/4 t. salt

~1/2 sugar

~2/3 c. melted coconut oil

~1/3 c. maple syrup
~1 t. vanilla
~1-1/2 c. chocolate chips

~sea salt to finish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Mix oats, almonds, coconut, cocoa, salt, 1/3 c. sugar. Separately, mix coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

3. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients. 

4. Spread the granola evenly on two jelly pans.

5. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Stir around the granola and bake for another 25 minutes.

6. After baking, sprinkle chocolate chips around. 

7. Put bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate chips look softened. 

8. Sprinkle sea salt over the top to taste.

9. Eat and enjoy! :)


Ingredients:

~40 vanilla wafers

~1/2 c. chopped pecans
~1/3 c. packed brown sugar
~3 T. melted butter
~1 t. ground cinnamon
~1 (3.4 oz) pkg. Jello banana cream instant pudding
~1 (3.4 oz) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding

~2 c. cold whole milk
~1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
~4 bananas, sliced
~2 c. whipping cream

~2 T. powdered sugar


Directions: 

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Crush vanilla wafers in a large zip-loc bag

3. Then add chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon in bag

4. Mix around evenly

5. Spread mixture on a pan, bake for 5 minutes.

6. Stir the mixture and put back in oven for 3-5 minutes ( until golden brown)

7. In a large bowl, combine pudding mixtures and milk. Beat with a whisk for 2 minutes.

8. Fold Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.

9. Take out several plastic non-reusable cups.

10. Scoop dry ingredients into bottom of cup, until you can't see the bottom.

11. Scoop about an inch of pudding on top of dry mixture. 

12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for as many layers as you want.

13. Repeat steps 10-12 for as many cups as you want, or until you run out of cups.

14. Top off by laying sliced banana decoratively

15. Add any further decorative ingredients to the top.
